You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, a valid email address, accurate date of birth, and a Pakistani mobile number in active use. 555pak reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided at registration at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 555pak Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, shall be your responsibility. You must notify 555pak support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
An account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is classified as dormant. 555pak reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform. You will receive advance written notice via your registered email address before any such fee is applied.
555pak is obligated under its international gaming license to implement Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. These procedures protect both players and the integrity of the Platform.
All KYC documents submitted to 555pak are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and are stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Documents are used solely for verification purposes and are not shared with third parties except where legally required.

Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. 555pak strictly prohibits deposits made from accounts or wallets belonging to a third party. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be refunded and the associated account may be suspended for investigation.
JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically processed instantly. Bank transfer processing times vary and may take up to one (1) business day depending on the originating bank. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of blockchain confirmations for the relevant network.
555pak does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside 555pak's control.
To be eligible to withdraw funds from your 555pak account, you must have completed KYC verification, satisfied any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and not be subject to any active account restriction or investigation.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless an alternative arrangement has been approved by the 555pak finance team. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect players from unauthorised withdrawals.

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the promotion-specific terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period, after which any remaining bonus funds will be removed from the account automatically.
555pak employs automated and manual systems to identify bonus abuse. Patterns including, but not limited to, low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, coordinated play between related accounts, and repeated exploitation of welcome bonus offers using multiple accounts, constitute bonus abuse. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse may have bonus funds and associated winnings confiscated and the account may be restricted to non-bonus activity or terminated entirely.
555pak reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus will not be adversely affected by changes made after the point of claim, provided they continue to meet the terms stated at the time of claim.
555pak reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit any wager at its sole discretion and without providing a reason. Bets are not accepted from individuals who possess material non-public information that would give them an unfair advantage over the Platform.
In the event that a bet is accepted due to an obvious pricing error, system malfunction, or typographical mistake, 555pak reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake. "Obvious error" includes instances where odds deviate materially from the fair market price available at comparable licensed sportsbooks at the time the bet was placed.
Bets are settled based on the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body, including the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for PSL and domestic cricket markets, and the relevant international federation for other sports. In the event of a disputed result, settlement may be delayed pending official confirmation.
Live in-play betting markets are subject to brief suspension during critical moments in a match to allow odds recalculation. 555pak accepts no liability for delayed bets placed during a suspension window. Any bet that technically bypasses a suspension mechanism will be reviewed and may be voided.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 555pak Platform and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:

All content on the 555pak Platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, page layouts, game interfaces, software code, text, data compilations, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of 555pak or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any 555pak content without prior written consent from the Company.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 555pak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from:
555pak's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Statutory rights are not affected.
555pak reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to, breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, and account inactivity.
You may close your 555pak account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled in the normal course and any remaining real-money balance, net of applicable bonus restrictions, will be refunded to your verified payment method within ten (10) business days.
Upon termination, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution — shall continue to apply.

Where amendments are material, we will provide notice via your registered email address or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review the current Terms periodically. The version number and effective date at the top of this document indicate whether an update has occurred since your last review.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 555pak holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered under the rules of the applicable arbitral institution in that jurisdiction.
